"Our expectations were higher than they really were due to the hotel's reputation, but it was clean and there was a turn-down service. The mini fridge was really cold. The hot water didn't come right away, you had to drain it for a few minutes before you could take a shower. Pool and room service: unbelievable, how tasteless watery pizza and triangle sandwiches can even be made, I guess that's a skill. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel lobby has high-quality food, you can't go to Restaurant...
