"It’s a nice place and the rooms are clean and the only restaurant is pretty good for bar food. The pool was nice and well maintained and the beach is clean. It is in a very safe part of the island and I would stay in the area again. The only drawback for us were the kids. I understand it’s their vacation too, but large groups of pre teens taking over the pool a few days took away from our experience. "

"I really enjoyed the resort minus the hidden resort fees they didn’t mentioned at the beginning since my booking was paid in advance and all the extra fees and taxes they charge and the incidentals for the entire stay that they place a hold on your card for nearly 1400.00. Room had a foul ode but made the best of it. Some staff were friendly while others were less social. "

"Had an amazing stay at the Caribe Hilton. The property is beautiful, the private beach area was relaxing, and the views were incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the location made it easy to enjoy San Juan. The rooms were clean, the pools were great, and the overall atmosphere felt like a true vacation. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."

"We had a wonderful long weekend at the resort. Our room was right on the water by the water park and beautiful. We had an amazing soaker tub and rain shower. Highly recommend, staff was amazing, especially the staff at the pool bar. Our waiter, Jorge I believe, at the palapa on the island was top notch! "

"Everything about the property exceeded my expectations! I really enjoyed having a kids pool my two year had an amazing time in there. I love the location of the hotel right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and had an amazing view; I enjoyed waking up being able to see the ocean! I will definitely book again when we visit Puerto Rico!"

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Nice place. One of the better around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are a little outdated. Cleaning staff was a little negligent. I understand they don't clean fully every day. However towels were taken by cleaning staff and not replaced! Left with no toilet paper also. But that is the worst thing about it. We enjoyed our stay a great deal "

"The service was great. They have a sister company across the street, so we were able to use their pool as well, and they provided us with beach towels and chairs, umbrellas. The views are spectacular. Minutes away from old San Juan and other beaches."
