"I love, LOVE the Great George and have stayed there numerous times over the years. My suite was superb, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff, as always, was friendly and extremely professional. For those new to Charlottetown, the location of the Great George is perfect - it's an easy walk to all of the downtown attractions and amenities. A++"

"A beautiful historic hotel, we found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable suite (ours had a kitchen) and loved that we could do laundry at the onsite laundry machines. We could walk everywhere in old Charlottetown, and parking was free at the hotel. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone I know travelling to PEI."

"It’s a beautiful old building. The age shows in some places, but it is clean and well maintained. We especially like that there are lots of cosy places to sit outside at night. They weren’t responsive to messages but instructions arrived the morning of and arrival and check-in was smooth. We saw our host on the second day and he asked if we needed anything. There are vending machines for snacks and even laundry. There is enough parking. Centrally located in easy walking distance to many things."

"We stayed with a pet in a duplex cottage at end of season (mid-October), and liked the quiet country location, expansive grounds, and amenities in nearby North Rustico and its harbor. The accomodations were clean, adequately furnished and fairly priced. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the Bay of St. Lawrence from the deck one morning, and in warmer weather would have spent more time there. Our cottage was set back about 50 yards from the road, which was great if you travel with pets. ...
