"Great stay"

"I rated everything OK, but we did not spend a single night there because they had storms the day prior that knocked out power, and they did not know when it would be restored. Consequently we could not check in. Because the power was out, they could not pull up any account info, and so were NOT able to inform us in advance of the issue. We found out when we arrived to check in. They were not able to assist with finding other accommodations, other than suggesting we go at least 20 miles away due...

Let me start by saying everything was lovely and the “Superior suite” accommodations worked out for my husband, son and myself. However, the advertisement for the accommodations on Expedia is incorrect. It states that there are three beds including a king, full, and sofa bed. In reality, there was only a king with a twin daybed in the same room. There was no sofa bed, and in fact, no sofa....

"Looks like they may have had a flood as there was no furniture in the lobby. Hotel was clean which was appreciated but rooms a little on the small side and need updating. The bathroom had new floor tile so I guess they are getting there."

"This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The door handle was broke to our room, you had to manually push the handle back up to lock it. The floor was falling apart, the floor tiles moved when we walked. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was dark cement corner of an already tiny bathroom, I refused to use the shower. Every towel we had in our room was dirty, stained brown and one had what looked like old blood on it. The sheets were also dirty and had hair on them. If it hadn’t...

"Our room floor was soaked. The bathroom fan was missing in the cabinet. The shower ceiling had water damage and a huge hole that needed to be patched. The air ran and because the floor wax so wet it was like sleeping in a steam room. For the price. Very disappointed. Put in a room the apparently wasn’t finished being fixed."
