"Great location. A bit difficult to drive to the hotel. Better use map and following hotel sign. Don't 100% trust GPS. We love this hotel. It was clean and comfort. Car park entrance is narrow but not a big problem as people mentioned. We spent one night here and wished to stay longer. Rouen is lovely town."

"Das Bourgtheroulde ist so wie man es von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Das historische Gebäude mit seinem Innenhof ist ein Traum und perfekt saniert. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch, da die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können bzw. es konnte nur ein Flügel auf gekippt werden, absolut unverständlich und man fühlt sich dadurch eingesperrt."

Très bon petit déjeuner, d’excellente qualité et avec grand choix d’aliments. Seul bémol (et surprise pour nous) : l’annonce indique que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking mais n’indique pas que son coût n’est pas compris dans celui de la chambre. "

"Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing! "
