"There was a mixup at first about our reservation for 2 rooms but the staff were very helpful in rectifying it. Also they were very helpful in helping with our daughter who was very ill. Food service was also very accommodating and quick."

The quality of the hotel was extremely good and the room whilst small was perfect and the bed superbly comfortable. I even got to use the pool and spa located in the basement all by myself. The architecture of the hotel internally is also very good and very interesting with rooms either side of an atrium where two separate buildings were effectively joined together. "I walked in to Reseption and smell hit me . Walking to room the hallway smelt . In the Room the carpet crunched in every step .. I turned and left . Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."
