I last stayed here 12 years ago before this time. The hotel seems to have grown, but still has the same quality and luxury feel. The only negative is we were given the wrong room at check in, but it was quickly resolved.

Bristol Tradition and Luxury was a wonderful hotel. Hotel grounds were well maintained and clean, great location right in the main square, restaurants & bars were enjoyable. Wonderful hotel in the heart of old town Rzeszów

This is a next level hotel in the heart of old town Rzeszów. Close to shops and restaurants. I’ve actually tried the restaurant which serves eclectic dishes and has room service. Superb food! In fact, there are 2 restaurants. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Best service.

Not bad but not wonderful and certainly not 5*! Reception is efficient, the rooms are clean and the huge beds are very comfortable. The breakfast, as most people say, is varied, plentiful and excellent. A couple of points - the toilet seat in room 406 where we stayed is broken, there is only one fitting! We did tell reception twice and hope you have fixed it by now! Also for some reason you left one bath towel for two people, we asked once and you gave us another but then left one again the next day. Also the towels are far too small, they are soaking wet by the time you have used them! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again but these are annoying little things that should be taken care of.

Great stay in Rzeszów old town

I had great 2 nights stay in this loverly hotel. My room was spacious, nice and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, one I have been seen for a long time. Two points to consider: 1. Poor internet reception in my room, and 2. Why is a large gap between my bed and wall - I lost all my pillows (hard to control). However, overall great hotel and strongly recommended

Best Hotel in Rzeszow

I frequently travel through Rzeszow to transit to Ukraine, and in the past, the hotels have been a bit rough, and often over-priced. In addition, many of hotels are amazingly inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage to haul around. This hotel was by far the nicest place that I have stayed in Rzeszow. The staff was amazing, it was very convenient, and unlike many other hotels, it wasn't insanely hot. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, but we received a room that had not been properly cleaned. Although the staff compensated for this inconvenience by offering us free parking, I would have preferred a clean room and paying for parking instead. Additionally, the layout and arrangement of the furniture in the room were quite unusual. The hotel is located in the central square and has good restaurants on the premises. The staff is very professional and welcoming.

The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable and the food amazing. The only thing I found weird was that the sink is located in the room itself not the bathroom which for hygienic reasons isn’t good at all . You have to leave the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet perhaps… Having said that in general lovely place to stay :)

I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Weronika, the reception's second manager. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Having stayed here several times over the years, we've always appreciated the hotel's consistent quality and comfort. Each visit reaffirms why we keep coming back. The staff, especially Weronika, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Disappointing

The room was excellent, but being next to the restaurant was noisy and the chairs being dragged across the floor from 6 am until very late is annoying. Next time i will remember to request a road side room at least. The square at the back of the hotel is a noisy also, which i think if you are in holiday is fine but not when you have to get up in the early hours of the morning for work..

My boyfriend and I booked this beautiful hotel along with others for a wedding party. From the moment we walked in the service was phenomenal. My luggage was delayed from the airport 2 days and Gregory at the front desk was very helpful. The food and drinks at the 3rd floor bar could not have been better. I loved the "Pornstar martini" and if there was a drink that was not on the menu the bartender was happy to make it. In addition, their restaurant facing the main square was also spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. While the hotel was in the main square it was not overly noisy. I have no complaints for this hotel. I only wish we had time to visit the spa. I truly want to thank The Bristol for a great vacation

Unfortunate stay with mediocre service

Not worth the money for the service you get. My room was under the gym and I experienced thumping and vibrations from my ceiling and headboard from 6 am or earlier. The shower handle fell off during my shower and the water pressure was much too low. The room smelt of sewage when the shower was dry after a day at work, so did the parking garage and lobby in the mornings. The bed was also sprayed with a lemon spray everyday that was quite unpleasant. This hotel truly has a lot to work on in regards to the important and simple details. They offered me free parking and 30% of future visits for the noise in mornings… (I had the junior suite and was on a work trip).
