"We enjoyed their breakfast and that they had a washer and dryer to be used. I do wish they would have cleaned our room while we were gone for the day. We had to find where the washer and dryer was because the employee we asked, didn’t know where that room was located."

"Actually, after seeing our room and how dirty it was, we didn’t even stay. With the manager there to see for herself, we turned down the top sheet on the bed and found that the bottom (fitted) sheet was covered with all kinds of particles before she actually believed us that the room had not been cleaned."
