They were very nice & helped us get a room after our air b&b fell through. Thank God for them! It wasn’t super luxurious but it didn’t need to be. It was what we needed. The staff were sweet. The rooms were clean. The bath was nice. The free breakfast saved us money & kept us full. I’m extremely grateful.

The No smoking needs to be enforced in hallway but after a few hours the smell went away. Very clean. Has a great comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but still decent. Pool was heated and very clean. Yes I would stay here again

Great place to stay. Breakfast was very accommodating. Clean and fresh. Staff was unearthly friendly. Did I say staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay at this hotel this time was not up to standard, the first day, we had water pressure in the shower but the water was luke warm, the hot tub was not hot at all nor did the jets work in it, the second day of our stay the water coming out of the shower was brown and water was still not hot and the water pressure barely coming out of the spout so we were not able to shower that day, the final day of our stay, we finally asked if we could see if the water pressure and temp was better in a different room, it was better so they let us shower in the other room. We have stayed at this hotel over the years and it used to be so much better, thus the reason why we decided to stay there again and the fact that they had a running hot tub was another reason, and Altho the staff was great and worked with us, I will have to say that when I come to visit in the area I will probably not be staying at the Ameristay again

The desk staff were nice and helpful and the lobby clean. However, the elevator was very dirty. There was a gummy bear stuck in the door track for the three days I was there and other debris on the carpet that was not cleaned up. All carpet in hotel was stained and dirty looking. Hotel definitely needs a refresh.

The room we were in someone needs to clean the bathroom walls nasty. Water pressure in the shower was awful. Not worth 110.00 for a night. Everything else was fine. Breakfast choices was okay.
