"Breakfast"

"The room was lovely, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Wifi was not working. The sink was blocked. No heating was working in the room. The phone was not working to call reception about problems. Overpriced for what we received. I was planning to book a couple of weeks later in the year for work, but without wifi I wouldn't be able to. The response I received was that it's a big place to provide wifi for every room. I've stayed in better hotels for less cost."

"This was our third visit to the Apex Dundee this year. Absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is in well maintained. It is in an excellent location as well. We will be back again soon."

"Kid friendly"

"The staff were excellent! Especially the girl who heloed me up to my room. I have only one functional hand and arm and she couldn't do enough for me!!!! Wonderful treatment. Wonderful clean hotel! Wonderful situation. Just perfect!"

Finally breakfast is unacceptable for...

"Great location, clean rooms."

"All the staff we met were polite and very helpful. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were spot on, especially the breakfast. An older hotel kept to a high standard. There's limited parking with a £5 a night charge."

"We spent one night here on a road trip of Scotland, this place to us felt grand, cosy and super relaxing! The location and the grounds on this spot is obviously the best part about it, we were blessed with good weather but I can imagine this spot is prefect all year round! Comfy rooms, lit fires, live pianist, and good food! What more could you ask for! We unfortunately didn’t get to use the facilities, as we had been travelling all day and ended up then eating late as we had to wait for a...

"Amazing place with a fantastic breakfast and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Sean."

"What a great location, food, room and amenities. Parking, however, was lacking."
