"breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery."

"Beuatiful hotel and gardens. looks like it was all newly renovated. Good buffet breakfast assortment. L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "

"The location was excellent, just an approximately six minutes walk from the Basilica and offering lovely views. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day, with a good variety of options. Staff were informative and friendly.  The rooms were clean, with amenities that comfortably met our needs for the stay."

You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk. The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive...
