"Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend."

"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."

"The WiFi was slow, I had important wifi calling that I needed to do and couldn’t because the signal kept getting dropped. Staff was very helpful when I was rushed for breakfast, but a touch of English speaking at the front desk first thing in the morning would have been very helpful. "

"Casa Cruz Verde is a family run hotel in the heart of Cuzco. The family couldn’t do enough for us, they were helpful in every way. When we had early am excursions we had a packed breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!!! "

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. Family of 4 with 17 and 12 year olds. Room was very comfortable. Central location. The city is loud at night so do bring earplugs. "

"The Andean Palace has an amazing group of staff who respond right away on Whatsapp. Their attention was directed towards guests. For the price the hotel does the job. The bathroom is very small, uneven water temperatures, and some old flooring. There are not many lights at the hotel so it is rather dark at night especially coming back from tours. Lastly, the room doors had windows with unsealable cracks along with a simple metal key to keep the door locked. The breakfast was very simple and was...
