"No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. "

"Stayed overnight in Buenos Aires for an early morning meeting. Loved this B&B... very nice and spacious room, great accommodations overall, excellent breakfast, nice neighborhood. Would certainly recommend it."

"Not worth it - book elsewhere. Very basic rooms with frustrating issues and unfortunately the service and inflexibility to accomodate guests lets the hotel down. The room also had a lot of construction noise through the day, the automatic light system in the room does not work properly and we had to find ways to cover the lights because they would not turn off and the last night one of the main entry lights would not turn off an had to contact maintenance around 1am after 30 minutes of...

"Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable well equipped rooms and super large amazingly comfortable bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars."

"Everything about this property top to bottom was amazing. I will always choose to stay here first whenever I visit Buenos Aires again. The in-room amenities were great. We personally did not have the time to enjoy the Negresco Bistro downstairs but all 6 days we stayed the dining room was packed full. The Negresco Bar has amazing cocktails. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning."
