"No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. "

"Stayed overnight in Buenos Aires for an early morning meeting. Loved this B&B... very nice and spacious room, great accommodations overall, excellent breakfast, nice neighborhood. Would certainly recommend it."

The bathroom is extremely small, making it a puzzle to enter the shower or use the basin. I also had the misfortune of noisy people on the same floor. Window view? The neighbouring room. There are better and cheaper options. Disappointed."

"The property is not in a hotel district, but near the bustling commercial strip of Santa Fe Avenue. I was not impressed by the Palermo shopping mall (nothing to do with hotel but 2 blocks away); it has no soul. The Recoleta urban market and the San Telmo market were both more appealing. The Eco Bulnes is a block from a subte stop. A carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away. There are likely dozens of cafes 2-3 blocks from the hotel. There was always someone at the desk. You have to be buzzed in to...

"The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. The staff was for friendly and very caring."

"The property is close to everything. You can have restaurants, bar, Alto Palermo Mall at walking distance. We could walk to any store and have great food. The process to check in and out was great and the administrator really helpful. Thanks Diego."
