"Hotel bueno con mal Wi-Fi y personal maleducado. La localización es buena y las habitaciones y el Hotel son bonitos, pero solo hay un Wi-Fi para todo el edificio, por lo tanto no llega a las habitaciones apenas o llega muy lento, por no decir que los que te atienden en la Recepcion hay una mujer rubia, que casi ni saluda y un hombre alto que no puede ser más maleducado. "La habitación cómoda y de buen tamaño, a pesar que se encontraba limpia encontré cucarachas dentro de mi habitación, durante toda mi estadía no tuve agua caliente en época invernal, el personal de recepción poco amable y con nula disponibilidad para resolver mi inconveniente, su solución de todos los días era que dejara media hora correr el agua para que pudiera salir agua caliente, tuve una terrible experiencia"

"Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable well equipped rooms and super large amazingly comfortable bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars."

"Everything about this property top to bottom was amazing. I will always choose to stay here first whenever I visit Buenos Aires again. The in-room amenities were great. We personally did not have the time to enjoy the Negresco Bistro downstairs but all 6 days we stayed the dining room was packed full. The Negresco Bar has amazing cocktails. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning."

"Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in all my travels (I’m on the road internationally ~4 months out of the year, all over the world). The hotel was great and modern, the staff were helpful and fantastic and the location was perfect as a home base. Food at the restaurant for breakfast every morning was delicious and just enough, and convos practicing Spanish with Tania started my day every morning. 10/10"

"Hotel was beautiful but on the last day my shower wasn’t working. Maintenance staff dropped by but left without fixing the problem. I alerted the front desk but no accommodation was provided so I had to check out without the ability to shower. Also, the hotel bar prices for regular bourbon highballs (Woodford Reserve) was extremely expensive - approximately $50 per shot. Such prices at nearby restaurants were around $10 to $12."
