"The best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially Gleerie! I felt very well taken care of staying here (I also extended my stay another night.) The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I wanted to stay here. "I spent nine nights there and the place grew on me day by day due to the high quality of service and the people working there. The breakfast was always a highlight and Heather managed the bar very well, even during busy times. All in all this place is a gem and my highlight was waking up on an ocean front room and going for a snorkel before breakfast. I hope to be back sometime soon again! "

"This property is so beautiful, from the balcony in our room we looked out over jungle and it was covered so we could sit and watch rain showers roll over. The main restaurant seems to be permanently closed but there is a little bar with food and it’s only a 15 minute walk to the main road with many restaurants and stores. The staff were so nice and helpful."

"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING!
