"Quite a good experience with front desk staff, and the assistance received. I was booking a single studio for the luggages as i arrive very early in the morning, and later supposed to move to a suite, but they managed to put me in my ultimate room anyway. This was good. Requesting for a high floor has not been very successful here. I guess people prefer high floors. It was nice to be able to do light exercise and jogging in the hotel's courtyard. It was a little inconvenient to need a car when going out, but it was worth it considering the safety, scenery, and quietness."

"We had 4 studio apartments - there is a HUGE difference between studio apartment and a single bedroom apartment. The studio is tiny, cannot properly fit 2 large suitcases in it. Let's talk about the studio apartment I was staying in. It was tiny, the aircondition was not working well. Even on the lowest setting the room was still not cool. The water cooler inside the room only gave warm water. The mattress was extremely noisy, just by moving a little bit the mattress would squeak. Horrible....

My family & I were very happy with the apartment - size, amenities, proximity to restaurants, yummy & diverse Indonesian cuisine (street food) & nightlife. "The Gold Coast apartment is good. Clean and comfortable. I especially like the location, which is about 20 mins from airport. Unfortunately, I had problems upon checkout. After informing the agent a couple of days earlier that i wanted to check out at 9am, receiving the agent's acknowledgement, i waited at least 45 mins on last day without any person coming to take over the room as well as to refund my cash deposit. As i had a flight to catch, I deposited the access card and key to the...
