"The hotel is gorgeous! Our room was perfect, lots of space and mostly very clean. The only bit that wasn’t was the balcony so when we stepped onto that, as it was a beautiful Easter weekend we then put the dirt onto the carpet.
Sunday lunch was lovely, the room we had it in was dog friendly and they were lovely to our boys (spaniel and GSD). We then went for a walk and a drink. I do wish we were allowed to take the dogs into the lounge or they had another area as we spent all our time in the...

"Check in on arrival was good, staff were friendly.
Unfortunately there was a problem with firsty no hot water on the first morning and then water was a dribble from the taps and shower on the second morning recessed it was just an issue on the 5th floor.
Window in the room did not lock so kept blowing open in the wind all night.
Hotel room was nice a big and clean. "

"Hotel was lovely very grand inside
The only problem was the room
Was so hot we wasn’t able to turn the heating down so we had to have a fan on all night "

"The place was excellent! In a great location for walks to Malham Cove. The place was spotless and the food was great. The spa was also great after a day walking. We will definitely be returning!"

"Staff was very sweet and gave us late check out. The room was older, leaky shower head, cracks in sink. Not a nice place to stay for more than passing through. "
