This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. As seen in other reviews, the maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly, but the welcome at reception is definitely less than 5 star. Really nice hotel, exceeded my expectations and very close to Cedar Point. Make sure if going to the park to ask for an early entry ticket as the guy on the desk didn’t mention this until I asked if it was available

What a fab hotel . Close to the port area, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants near by. Within easy walking distance of the beautiful cobbled streets full of delightful galleries artisan shops and restaurants. Room was fab with a huge king size bed, lovely bathroom and great kitchenette area with microwave, mini hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Amazing place

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

Nice clean rooms with balconies but we couldn't use ours as person below was constantly smoking and it wasn't tobacco (in non-smoking hotel!). Spoil it for us as we could not enjoy the weather and fresh air on the balcony. Nice private beach with sitting, ok breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Good facilities.

Love the stay. Beautiful by the water. Nice pool. Great air-conditioning and super nice staff. Cannot recommend enough. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The lunchtime waitress in the bar/restaurant was incredibly lively & full of drive. She really made our day. Room good size, clean & adequate.
