"Clean, and convenient to access the MSG and subway! 10/10 would stay again "

"We had an extremely pleasant stay at this property. Convenient to all locations. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Central Park, Bryant Park, Times Square and GCS. Five minutes to 5th Ave and Rockefeller. Upon our arrival, we pre-checked in because we were early and stowed our bags which was no cost day of arrival. We didn’t need access to our room and left for the day. On departure day we also stowed our bags for 5$/bag. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded for free to a corner room with a view of 6th and fridge without request. It was also quiet. Of note, some rooms do not have refrigerators. Excellent stay and I was compelled to write a review after reading some of the negative reviews I read immediately after booking which made me nervous. "

"Great stay in an extremely convenient Manhattan location. Walkable to almost everything. The hotel staff I encountered are courteous and thoughtful, especially those who work at the breakfast. Breakfast options are good and included in room rate (hot and cold options, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, tea/coffee/juice, etc) but the space gets very crowded and hectic, so plan accordingly and arrive early. "

"Clean and quiet room, excellent location in midtown. Didn’t experience long waits for an elevator noted in previous reviews. Valet/self parking offered by hotel is several blocks away. So I just parked in a nearby garage around the corner on 8th avenue. It was a little challenging getting in that garage so next time I would park in the garage on 49th street in the same building as hotel. Will stay again"

"Service and staff were friendly and courteous. Lobby and elevators were nice. Room was great. I love that it's on a side street of Times Square. Sidewalks aren't as crowded. "
