"Rooms were clean and staff were kind. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. When we requested a fridge they did bring one up. It was not cooling and we had to request another. The second was also not working and by that point our food was lost. We did not request a third due to frustration."

"Clean room, comfy bed and very helpful staff. But I had to request a TV remote, and received one with no ‘Select” button and no ability to enter channel numbers instead of scroll at length. Also, the TV—though large—received what looked like decades-old antenna reception, with most channels difficult to impossible to see clearly. Okay for two nights with limited time in the room, but still much less than I’d expect in a large hotel with very high food prices."
