"Great Condo. We didn't have to pay the 1000 Baht by our arrival. There were 2 towels, dish soap and some dishes, a hair dryer, champo and shower gel, just all you need was there. Level 3 has washers and dryers. Level 4 has kids pool and exercise room and air conditioning library. Also a kids play ground. Lots of storage space. "

Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful.
