"Friendly staff nice room but dated"

"Terrible location! Old property, very unkept"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!"

"I arrived at the Hotel and went to the front desk to check in and was told that they tried to run my payment for the room but it was declined so they gave away my room. I asked why because it was pay at property. I also told them my card that was used when I made the reservation months ago expired 09/26 but I had the card that was reissued. The employee told me that they called me but because I didn’t respond within 2 hours they gave away my room. They never called. I checked my phone. ...

"Hotel room smelled awful (its own stench, not the infamous Lewiston aroma) and loud renovation work was being done right next to my room during the day. Additionally, I was told I needed to leave my room for a few minutes to let insurance inspectors come in my room to get a canvas of the room. Also, pool and hot tub were both closed so don’t rely on those being available, apparently this has been the case for a while. Lastly, there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Overall, wouldn’t reccomend...

"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...

"Bedspread had cigarette holes, the bathtub had cracks in the lining, the armchair looked grimy, I couldn't bring myself to wash my face even. The lady at the counter asked if I had cash (weird). Big mistake. Motel 6 is paradise compa"

"It was ok"

"No extra blankets, cupboards were dirty, sheets were stained otherwise nice place beautiful view "

"There were no blankets on the bed. And the rug was dirty when we entered into the room. It was very loud early in the morning, We were unable to sleep."

"It’s okay for what it is. Our expectations were low and that helped. It’s a tired old place that could use a deep clean and a coat of paint. Front desk staff was nice. Check in was quick. Room was adequate. Location is very close to Starbucks, restaurants, nice parks and river path. Price is reasonable."

"If you are traveling with a dog, THIS is the place to stay! Their private yards are an awesome idea that more hotel chains should start adopting. With the back door from your room opening directly into your own mini-yard for Rover to do his business, you don't have to worry about taking him through the hotel in the middle of the night and walking a block away to have him relieve himself. They also have the BEST breakfast I've encountered in all of my travels in the USA. The staff are...
