Staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room instead of climbing the stairs with all our luggage.
Room did not have closet, ironing board, or iron
Did not feel as safe as would have liked
Free breakfast was a bag with juice, fruit, muffin, and frozen burrito
This place was yucky. Don’t stay here. It’s not a good choice if you’re staying in Pullman and it’s not a good choice anyways because they don’t clean the rooms very well.
Upon arriving the bedding was dirty, subfloor was giving out, we decided to go ahead and leave early from our planed stay they would not refund the full amount that was unused. When we went to leave in the morning there was no breakfast as advertised. Probably the worst day we’ve ever had.
Stayed one night. The room and bathroom are very clean. Staf is very friendly. Unlike other super 8, the breakfast (in a bag) is not good. Some concern sbout the nearby factory with strong odor, although not sensed in the motel itself.
Our room was dirty. The floor was dirty. The shower was not cleaned. The previous tenants shampoo, conditioner and soap were still in the shower. The microwave didnt work until we took it out and moved it to another electrical outlet. The room smelled badly.
The rooms were clean and roomy--a little chilly when we got there. The heater warmed it up, but had a hard time controlling it. So we ended up turning it off for the rest the night.
The staff was adequate, although we had a hard time understanding our check-in clerk, due to dialect. Very friendly and accomodating. Offering fresh coffee, pleasant conversation and information of the area.
We were taken aback for breakfast though--a brown bag breakfast, while the site said continental breakfast. It was adequate though: a bottle of juice, a breakfast wrap, an apple and a one other item. But then again, it was right next to a truck fueling station--and people are on the go, so it was quite fitting.
I found the Lewiston Super Eight room to be spartan, but clean, comfortable and a good value for the fee I was charged to stay there. I don't require fancy accommodations, just well maintained, clean and a good bed.
The property is behind a gas station or part of it. Terrible location. in additon when i pulled there were old mattresses leaning against the building. I would not recommend
The hotel room was filthy. There was bedbugs in the room was completely disgusting. I almost didn’t wanna stay, but I didn’t wanna waste my money. If anybody ever plans to go to this place, don’t ever do it. It’s horrible nasty. The staff are rude.
I did not stay very long as my bed was broken so I checked out. I still have not received a refund. I was told the manager Wood called me the next day and nothing.
Not clean, not safe inside or out due to management allowing loitering, outside doors propped open at night, and drug use etc in the parking lots. Family stayed in another room and there was un-repaired damage in both rooms, plus both rooms weren’t clean (used washcloths, dirty shower curtains, dirt and rocks collected around the edges of the rooms/bathrooms).
They have cleaned this place up alot. Wish the fridge had a freezer, but oh well. The sack breakfast isn't much, that could be stepped up. At least a waffle machine would be nice. But we'll be back, as long as the price stays decent. I guess I shouldn't expect much, its a Super 8, not a high end motel.
I was very disappointed in the hotel. I came from a very long flight, I told the desk clerk I was very tired and needed a quiet room. He put me in room 102 , it was next to front office , so I heard every person coming and going . There was a alarm or phone that rang on and on at 2am, that woke me, thinking it was my phone. Then to make it worse the bed was not on its frame and I could not get comfortable on it, i kept sliding off. In the morning, i told the front desk, L'm grumpy because worse night in hotel ever. He explained the bed was off its blocks, I guess housekeeping didn't do its job either. Did not get an
