"I booked this property with the guarantee of pool and hot tub. The facilities were closed; nothing ever listed, notified, discount, voucher, nothing. We were told to book a spa service to use a hot tub. I was very excited due to this being a stopping/resting point on a road trip back home from CA to CO."

"This room was perfect for my husband and I and my Mom. It had two bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom. There was a central living room area between the two rooms and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. It was nice that we could walk over to the casino. There were very limited dining options though since we got in late in the evening."

"The room was very spacious; a separate seating area from the sleeping area. You could let someone sleep while you had your coffee & watched the news. The room had a small balcony with a lovely view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains."

"Great hotel for travelers on I-40. The property is newer, clean, with a hot tub and a pool! Really nice continental breakfast , with a staff member who makes made-to-order omelets. My only complaint is that they do not have an elevator to their second floor rooms. If I had an issue with climbing stairs, they would not have had a room for me. Be aware of that when making a reservation, and request a first floor room if you are unable to climb stairs! "
