"It was all good until 1 am we were sleeping and the shower woke us up. It came on by itself, I could not get it to stop and tried for several minutes. Eventually it stopped and all was good. At 2 am we once again woken up by someone trying to get into the room, by the time I got up to check it out a couple open the door with their room key walked right in. They apologized and left"

"Easily the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly a unique design, lovely staff and great drinks in the attached cocktail bar. Next time I visit the city my friends and I will definitely all try to stay here"

"Alles was oké. Maar ik had voor een vijf sterren hotel toch nog iets beter verwacht. Zo waren er bijvoorbeeld wel enkele handdoeken die vervangen mochten worden want er zaten gaten in sommige. De body wash was leeg in de douche. We hadden een mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Alles was netjes. Wel wat lawaai van de kamer boven ons hoorbaar. Ook het ontbijt had ik beter verwacht. Ik vond het vooral opvallend dat er minder keuze was en dat niet alles aangevuld werd op een werkdag in vergelijking...

"We stayed here two nights before a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable, checkin was amazingly simple, they have a great bar in the lobby, and the included breakfast was a great spread! Many food options are in walking distance as well as great sights. "

"This hotel was in a really good spot, close to the water and seemed like a popular spot for cruise people. It was a block and half away from the metro and tram which ran regularly all day and night. A grocery store was close about a 15min walk away. There were several tourists spot close as well. Particularly the Fenix museum which was really nice. Reception was modern with plenty of seating and infused water with small snacks loaded in the am. The fitness center had everything for a workout...

"Close to cruise ship "

"Goed ontvangst met gelukkig een early check-in & persoonlijke noot van de receptionist. De kamer was netjes en compleet, lekker ruim, mooi uitzicht echter helaas niet op De Kuip. Goede douche, voldoende ruimte en aanwezielge Rituals shampoo & douchegel. Helaas een luid functionerende airco unit dus slapen met oordoppen in. Uit zetten was een optie alsnl de kamer niet zo warm was met bijna 24°C. Bar beneden goed toegankelijk, behulpzaam personeel en goed assortiment. Ontbijtbuffet goed ruim...

"Het personeel was alleraardigst en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim (en op de niet vernieuwde zak in het prullenbakje na) mooi schoon met een fantastisch bed. Mijn vrouw vond het alleen jammer dat er (vanwege de drukte?) geen cocktails werden verkocht in de Captains Lounge."

"I generally loved this hotel - very well located and close to varied dining options and attractions (Cube houses and Markhal). The room was comfortable and well decorated. It also had a lovely sized fridge that I could stock up on drinks and food. Overall this hotel was a win! My only issue was the quality of the toilet paper, not the most luxurious or comfortable. I know its a small thing, but its always the little things when you travel. "
