"Could park in front of the cabin/easy to check in/beautiful view "

"We were quite pleased with our stay. It was clean and well set up. Only complaint was with communication. We asked for clarification if blankets and pillows were provided and didn’t get a clear answer so packed them as that wouldn’t be ideal not to have. When we arrived the bed was made with blankets and pillows. "

"We enjoyed staying at Copperstone Resort. Our unit was very clean and well laid out. We have a little dog, so require a pet friendly place and we had an end unit with easy access to the outside area. Like that there’s a stream and walking path right behind. Would definitely recommend"

"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. Does allow for dogs but you have to keep them off of the furniture however they provide dog beds, a toy, and dog bowls. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Pros: New, lots of spa rooms and variety with hydrotherapy, clean hotel and updated rooms, easy parking, restaurant on-site. Wristband to pay for things / get into lockers. Cons: issue with check in, staff told me to call expedia, expedia told me only hotel could make the changes (it was a stressful start), didn't feel as upscale upon checkin as pomeroy does, we were not notified that there would be...
