"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were kind, thoughtful and very friendly. We felt very safe, we felt comfortable letting our pre-teens have the freedom of the hotel grounds. The food was fantastic, we have stayed in other all inclusive hotels in Turkey and there is food for all tastes here, very fresh and always different. "Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. "Gorgeous place but not really a well-being resort overall as everyone is allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere they want including the restaurants which is very uncomfortable and not a good wellness experience. The staff was friendly but most of them don’t speak English or another language. Food was quite good. The pools were very nice but they do need to do maintenance and better upkeep. Music was often also too loud, expected more of a wellness ambience. "
