"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was excellent, but what truly stood out was Meryem. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and always had a smile on her face. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Meryem is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making our stay memorable. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

"We really appreciate the staff hospitality and help with local questions. The breakfast was amazing everyday and the ability to use the Akkan Beach Hotel pool and beach was an added bonus. Being right in the centre of the shops and food area was also part of our fantastic stay. We will highly recommend to our friends and family and return when back in Türkiye. Many thanks"
