"Friendly staff helping us with everything we needed"

"Everything was top notch except bathroom in the room. The sink didn’t have enough room to hold toiletries. The shower didn’t drain the water and it would puddle. The shower also needs shelves or something to hold shampoos and soap because keeping it on the floor is unhygienic. Also, there’s drop down floor to enter the bathroom and it was annoying and hazardous. Someone can easily fall and break bones. Other than that everything from hotel to food and service was top notch."

"We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well organised and clean. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well looked after. I will definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "
