Fantastic stay! The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located. The facilities were execllent- amazing selection of fresh food and drinks every day, private beach, pool, gym and padel court. The staff in particular deserve a special mention- always helpful, nothing was a problem; they went above and beyond to make guests' stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend!

The main thing that stood out for me was that every single staff member working in the restaurant were incredibly hardworking, polite & friendly. Especially the cleaners kindly putting up with our baby constantly throwing food on the floor. Restaurant and cleaning staff were also attentive & went above and beyond to provide a good service. We booked the deluxe suite which had an amazing view of the ocean & pool. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3 with a baby. The amenities at the hotel were very family friendly - good quality high chairs provided at every restaurant & the heated pool was great for an infant. There was a wide variety of food available at the restaurants. Our favourite was the Morroccan restaurant - fresh, delicious and authentic food & great entertainment! We will definitely be returning to Agadir in the future. Wonderful resorts, people & a beautiful country.

Honestly, this isn't our usual type of hotel. We usually pick adult only 5* with a la carte restaurants but we were more than pleasantly surprised with Palais des Roses. Hotel is in a great location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the beach. Hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. It is new but is well cared for, very clean in all public areas. Our room was great - we opted for a swim up room which I would recommend if you want sun on your room all day. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Shower gel/shampoo replenished daily. Mini bar had water and soft drinks. Water was plentiful and replenished daily. Our soft drinks weren't replenished at all but it didn't bother us so we didn't chase it - plenty of free drinks at bars and restaurants. 2 great swimming pools and a kids slide pool. Also an indoor pool with shower area. We didn't bother with the private beach area which was just across a pedestrian promenade from the hotel. No need when the pool area had everything including pool bar and plenty of sunloungers. Beach was lovely to walk along. 4 main restaurants, all buffet but food was amazing, great variety and was slightly different every day. Our favourite was Tagine with traditional Moroccan food. Blue (fish restaurant) had to be booked but was still a buffet and great variety of fish. There were lots of couples of all ages and familes again all ages so well suited for anyone. Entertainment team were fantastic!

Certainly, here’s a professional and well-structured rewrite of your hotel review: ⸻ The overall experience at this hotel did not meet five-star standards. The food quality was below expectations, and lunch service was delayed by over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the male reception staff were neither welcoming nor professional. We were also overcharged by 30%, despite booking through Expedia—and our check-in was delayed. It was clear that guests booking through third-party platforms like Expedia were treated differently, even though we ended up paying more than the standard rate. While the facilities and rooms were decent, the poor customer service, unjustified overcharges, and subpar dining experience made the stay disappointing. This hotel lacks value for money, and I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made in service and guest relations.

The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and amazing food. Staff friendly but a bit of a hit and miss re professionality, some are amazing and some cannot be bothered to do their work. Overall a great place and I will return for sure.

Très belle chambre. Salle de bien avec gel douche, shampoing et crème de corps à l'argan (très agréable). Les restaurants divers et variés (grillades, tagines, pizza, pates, ...). Le choix est énorme ! Les piscines sont très grandes et agréables, avec un coin spécial avec jeux d'eau pour les enfants. Le complexe est au pied de la plage, c'est top ! Le personnel est souriant, serviable et très accueillant. Possibilité de stationner sa voiture au parking (mais places limitées). Petit bémol : Le réglage de la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (en mode chauffage). Et notre chambre était proche du grand écran extérieur. Le soir, la musique forte était gênante (mais pour autant supportable). Je recommande.
