"This is a beautiful property just 30mins from marrakech which is an oasis of relaxation that looks like a palace set in olive gardens away from the hustle and bustles with the most attentive staff. Excellent transfers from and to airport which they contacted us ahead of time to organise without any prompting. Nothing was too much effort and they always thought of things ahead. Best service have ever experienced and the room with plunge pool was so well thought out in terms of space and luxury....

"The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. "The staff were professional thoughtful And went out of their way to support me whilst at the hotel. The hotel was clean and just about the right walking distance from the sooks So quiet and peaceful inside I also had a hammam and massage which was also wonderful. "The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

"Les chambres sont très propres et d'une très grande superficie. Le personnel au restaurant est très gentil, souriant, le chef est chaleureux, les serveuses et serveurs extrêmement aimables, un grand merci à Taoufik et à Amed. Les barmans ont toujours le sourire.
