"Lovely motel, very clean and neat with comfy bed. Perfect for a quick stay at."

"We had a fantastic two-night stay. We've dined at Port Phillip but never stayed, and were really happy with the accommodation, service and amenities. It was luxurious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary wine-tasting. Will stay again!"

"Really spacious one bedroom suites, nice Appelles shampoo and shower amenities, clean and comfortable beds, nespresso pod machine and nice cookies to with a cup of tea on a raining day. Aspects of the room was a little dated, e.g. toilet seat was so old it was peeling and lumpy in my room, functional but just dated. The windows in the bathroom had spider webs that looked like its been there a while. Also for those more elderly or less able bodied it is a over the bathtub type shower, great water...

"Great property. Will stay again"

"Wonderful clean hotel with nice amenities. Breakfast was well prepared with a wide range of options and car parking on site was helpful."

"Location is good and clean room with decent balcony"

"Clean and spacious room, excellent staff willing to go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. On-site restaurant was wonderful, staff so accommodating. Great stay."

"Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool)."

"I needed a cheap room to stay overnight. It was perfect for my needs. If I was looking to stay longer I would most likely looked for somewhere more suitable. It was perfect for my overnight stop. Its a shared bathroom, toilet etc. Your just renting a small room with a tv, and a kettle."

"The room provided excellent value for the price. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and consistently attentive to our needs."

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Friendly staff welcome, clean comfy bed and room. Kitchenette basic and a few ants. Great location close to ferry, Sorrento, restaurants and Point Nepean."

"This very basic motel is in a great location. Only a ten minute walk to the town centre. The bed was comfortable and for the most part the room is clean enough. It's priced for what it is so if you're on a budget, it's a good choice. The cleaning staff definitely needs to step up their game in the bathroom. Especially the shower. There were serious mould flecks coming off of the grout in ours. I mentioned it to the manager and hopefully it's been taken care of."

"Brilliant place to stay! Authentic caravan park"

"A great little motel with parking. Facilities are well maintained and quite modern. We stayed in the King room which was quite spacious. The only let down is being given the one room with very little natural light as it was in the corner nook and only 2 small windows only - all other rooms looked like they could have been much nicer."
