"Unfortunate situation with noise/blaring music and our room. The room and the location was very nice, otherwise. But the hotel was fully booked and they were not able to relocate us because of a party going on right next to our room. If there is an event like that, they should not rent the room next door except to someone at the event. Music was so loud our room was vibrating with each beat."

"This place is BEAUTIFUL. We will be going again next year and plan to stay here again. The staff was wonderful, the room was so clean and well-maintained, and the view was STUNNING! The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and again, the view! The fireplace in the room was so cozy. We did not get in the pool, but it was very well maintained, and it's heated. The outdoor jacuzzi was fantastic at night, since it's chilly outside and warm in the bubbling water. I HIGHLY recommend this...

"Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. My only complaint was communication between staff and my husband. We had an issue with housekeeping and reported it. We were told they would get back to us and they never did. My husband had to leave a vm and we still never heard back from them."
