"THEY GAVE ME A KEY TO AN ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM. My partner and I checked in around 9pm and the receptionist gave us a key to our room. I went to the room and unlocked the door and opened it to a woman in the midst of changing. We were both shocked! The receptionist was sorry for this mistake and gave me an "upgrade" room. "Great stay. Didn’t run into staff all too much but it was okay given the length of our stay. Nice, clean room. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Shower was the most impactful part of our stay. Water pressure was really poor and soap bottles were hard to work with."

"Enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. Stay included daily buffet breakfast and reception evening snacks and beverages. Dining area floors and tables were often sticky, probably due to high traffic during the mornings. Otherwise the dining room staff did great in clearing up the tables and replenishing the food when needed."

"No housekeeping!!!! If you need anything you need to go ask in the front(extra blankets, pillows, trash bags..) . Room was kind of dirty. Floor was dirty foresures. We had to ask for a broom. They offered to have housekeeping come in and sweep and mop but my socks still got pretty dirty after the fact. The caulk in the shower is molding. The windowsills look gross, dirty, and dusty. Fingerprints all over the headboards. Water pressure sucks. Only thing okay was the price ($615 for 4 nights on...

"Our room was very clean, it is a quite location and we loved we could walk to the beach and path along beach area..the coffee was yummy and the lady at front desk was so nice..we loved having a fireplace and small balcony with sitting."

"Wonderful view and nice, large room. However, checking in took almost an hour with a long line. Driving was a bit tough as well with the steep and winding roads so my car got problem for left turning so we had to took it to a shop to fix it."

"Check in was easy and convenient for late travel plans. Front desk staff were helpful tho the screen makes them seem robotic and rushed. Trying to hurry up and get you out of the lobby. Feet and socks were black when walking around room, and being in one of back rooms had to keep reconnecting to wifi. Went to use the hot tub (where there is s sign saying closed for cleaning from 12-1pm) and at 11am a staff member was asking me to leave so couldn't use amenities during my stay. "Amazing hotel with very nice and professional staff. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. The hotel is near the water and all the local attractions. I highly recommend it! The restaurant was very good and very nice as well!"

"Hotel breakfast is mediocre and staff were not very helpful in guiding or directions. Overall well maintained. On a noisy street so be prepared to hear traffic during your stay."

"We really loved our stay with one exception. A woodpecker would wake us up daily between 6am-6:30am pecking loudly on the outside of our suite (#58). We asked if anything could be done but there wasn’t and it was a common occurrence. We would love to go back if we can be sure we could sleep in."
