"Had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work. Didn’t get the room I had reserved. Only had Continental breakfast on weekdays but very nice hot breakfast on weekends you pay for."

"We stayed in the room with 5 bunk beds. It was clean and roomy. The mattress’s were comfy enough. The room had a smell of moisture or mildew. The room was very humid. We had a good night sleep. Loved the court yard and the cascade park was right behind the motel. We enjoyed a walk in the park and the kids played at the very nice playground!"

"The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable with the exception of the pillows were a little too stiff. I prefer softer pillows. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept the dining area nice and clean. The staff was very friendly."

"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again."

"This was a completely different experience from hotel chains. The whole facility was super clean, the staff were super nice and courteous. Free breakfast was very good, and cold water bottles were free during the stay. It is also very close to the university and lot of restaurants."

"The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. You get used to it after a day or so, but if you can't acclimate to the smell then you seriously need to...

"Clean all around"

"The room they was undergoing painting or construction . They still had painting tapes on walls and mirrors were not even hung. The flooring was sticky and had dirt and debris. Stains on the refrigerator door, the sheets had lipstick mark. We were tired and went to bed that was creeking every time we moved. The next morning was even worse. We had to checkout by 8:30am. Took a shower to find out the bath tub is clogged. Went to the front desk at 6:45am to complain and they said they dont...

"I would have rated it a 5 star, but there were little tiny ants in my room around the air conditioner."

"For a basic motel, the accommodations were as expected. Clean room, very basic amenities that were adequate. No bugs which is definitely a positive! For the cost we were satisfied."
