"We had the BEST time at Ella Retreat! Sadly on 34 hours long but this hotel is seriously beautiful, better than the pictures. You need a head for heights on the (slightly hairy) tuk tuk ride up the mountain, but once you're there this is a haven that you simply cannot afford to miss on your trip to Sri Lanka. "The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide any information, asked bell boy about dinner, he said buffe, but when went to restaurant, no buffe..only fried rice and pasture..had to abandon the restaurant and went for dinner in the town. "The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. Beach towels are provided, so you don’t have to take from home. Bathroom is very clean, plenty of branded toiletries (smells amazing). Vi besökte nationalparkerna Yala och Udawalawe. Vi besökte bergsstaden Ella med sina teplantager och vi åkte till Mirissa för bad och valskådning. Boendet hjälper till med alla bokningar om man vill.
