"Muy limpio"

"They had an issue with their listing on Expedia. I had screenshot and everything. Expedia wouldn't refund me, because the hotel wouldn't. Unacceptable, when I had screenshot of the issue. Very unprofessional. Front desk employee was not helpful at all and very condescending. No help whatsoever. They are only after your money. I should dispute the charge. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party. Will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay,...

"The property was horrible, toilet didn’t flush, mold and mildew was in the bathroom and sink area, door to room didn’t lock , a lot of debris was outside the window and the shade or whatever it was didn’t work. My husband and I didn’t stay there and they still charged us for the room after saying he checked us back out."

"Room was clean and comfortable."

"This place was awful! I reserved a room through hotels.com and when I went to check in, the rude guy at the front desk said they do not use online reservations and refused to let me check in. I showed him the confirmation email and he still said they do not use online reservations. I had to find another hotel to stay at and I had already been charged for this one. Luckily the hotel next door (Rocky Mount Inn) was very nice and the front desk clerk was super helpful."

"Perfect place to stay if you are coming to Rocky Mount for a show at The Harvester"

"I canceled all three rooms at the front desk after seeing the condition of the facility. "

"The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...

"Loved the cabins and our stay was fantastic. "
