Few things I didn’t like - Poor customer service ( The receptionist didn’t even know I was coming or had any information about my arrival) - To many mosquitoes with no mosquito spray available but rooms had mosquito nets which I don’t like to use - No drinking water in the rooms - No hot water in the room but was transferred to another room - Very poor shower system "

"10 minutes drive from the airport. In a gated community and felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Christene is superb. Breafast isample. It’s a 5-bedroom house with spacious luving and dining area. Reasonably priced. Will come back when in Nairobi."

"After the previous hotel in Kenya that sucked we were so happy to have found a great hotel like this. Not only was the hotel nice but employees were the best part. Joy, the massage therapist gave massages to both my wife and I and it was the best massage of our lives. Karen at the front desk always had a smile and when checking out, the porters were busy so she came up and brought our heavy bags down the stairs. To top it off, we ate at the restaurant and the portions were huge and food was excellent. The only thing negative would be that there are no elevators but that would never prevent me from staying there again! Thanks again to Karen and Joy!"

"The property is spacious and neat. Ali, the caretaker was helpful and serviceable. The downside of the property are the houseflies and the mosquitoes that had a field day biting us left, right and centre at night, causing us to panic for fear of catching malaria. The houseflies didn’t make eating at the house a nice experience as they were virtually sharing our meals with us, though uninvited, and there was no TV in the house throughout our stay. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay."
