Friendly and helpful staff (particularly in the kitchen), exceptional location- right at the heart of Kaunas, green approach to house cleaning, welcoming entrance (baskets of fruit and orange water). And last but not least - excrptional conference facilities- venue, food, and the most professional staff. It was my first time staying at this hotel but certainly not last. Looking forward to coming back again."

"Perfect location in the old town, easy to come from airport/train station , clean rooms, bathrooms and public places . Very nice breakfast, plenty of choices, lovely coffee, big choice of pastries for breakfast… Next to supermarket ( if anything needed for the room , like water etc ) Beautiful view from the terrace… I’ll be back !!!"
