"For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units."

"When checking into our room we unlocked the door and there was someone already in the room. We had to go back down to the desk to get another room. There was a stool that was under the bedside table. So we moved it to sit on and a wooden piece of the stand fell on my son's foot. The shower curtain was crooked and falling out of the wall on the right side and the shower head was loose. "

"The room and bed were comfortable and clean except for floor. I liked that there was no carpet, but the floor needed a good mopping. Staff upon checking in was friendly. It was a restful stay at a reasonable price. "

"The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes...

"During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

"We have stayed at multiple hotels and air b and b’s this year for dance competition. This one was by far the nicest. The hotel was spotless. Workout area very neat and organized. The pool was clean and warm for the kiddos. And our room was comfortable."

"There was a weird smell throughout the building; not necessarily a bad smell but not necessarily good. Blankets were thin, old looking, stained and appeared to be burned with cigarettes. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink area didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Flooring was all pretty bad looking and there was no trim of any sort around the bottom of the tub. Rooms were quiet.
