"Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables chez une hôtesse d’une grande bienveillance et d’une extrême gentillesse. La location est irréprochable à tous égards. Le petit-déjeuner, généreux et savoureux, a été particulièrement apprécié."

"Older style rooms very cool. Located right on corner across from train station. Convienent. Staff not always present there was a bell to ring them. Sometimes it work other times not but very helpful when they answered bell. "

"For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable."

"Accueil décevant à l'arrivée ainsi que l'environnement: l'établissement est accessible toute la nuit sans code d'entrée et le verrou de la chambre était creux (on pouvait donc voir dans la chambre à partir de l'extérieur du couloir...). Les parois des murs sont fines: on peut entendre les conversations des voisins de chambre et leur programme de télévision. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. L'accueil du petit déjeuner était charmant! Une nuit suffit, à défaut de trouver un hébergement...

"部屋に入った時すでに暖かく、外が寒かったのでとても素敵に感じました。写真以上に部屋も良かったと思います。ベッドルームが二つありシャワールームも含め全部屋暖房がありました。 滞在中に要望を伝えると、ホテルの方が部屋まで来てくれました。 良いホテルでした、次回ランスに来るときもまた泊まらせていただきたいと思ってます。"

"Wonderful stay for our family of 4 (2 kids 7&9) Staff were fantastic. Gave the kids a welcome gift and super helpful. Breakfast was great! Would stay again! "

"Room was very dated, leopard print curtains and lamps is a bit bold compared to what has been shown in photos! The room was very tired and bathroom in major need of revamp. The bed was very comfortable though. Suituated very well though, did get a space in the carpark but prebooked this. Very quiet at night though did need the fan which was provided as the room was very hot."

"It was only a short stop overnight stay as we were going a long way on our motorcycle we have stayed there before. So we knew what was there. Breakfast was good all the food you need."
