"The breakfast was terrible- we were there for 3 days and they had a sign on the juice machine saying out of order...they did not provide any other option besides coffee...if you wanted tea a server would have to go to another room to get you hot water.....when breakfast closed there was still people in the room and they were told to take their food to their room and ;lea"

"The hotel is very close to the West Edmonton Mall (about a 3 minute walk)! The staff at the hotel were helpful, and there was a free continental breakfast (which was pretty good). However, we did find the hotel was a bit dated and there were some things that were not working properly. Aside from that, our stay was good. It fit the requirements and it felt safe and secure!"

"Good overall and friendly. No bacon though until last day and just fatty cheap sausages until. The shower stayed cold though at the hot tub. Cold or colder ever always. Plus no soap and let them know. But overall a 4 of 5."
