"Someone open our door when we were sleeping, door was only knocked once not even given a chance to even open the door. Someone was already trying to open my door, this is really bad imagine in the middle of making love to my partner. I surely need some compensation. Kindly teach your housekeeping staff to knock at least 3 knocks and wait for response between each knock. Funny it wasn’t even check out time yet. Please kindly replace your front door mat, you can check for a cheap one at Walmart...

"My room had a smell and the bathroom should have been cleaner. I found hair and the mirror was dirty. I wasn't impressed and won't be back again."

"Was carpeted so had alittle smell to it , and took 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the checking desk .the breakfast only had cereal and frozen eggos and no orange or apple juice when I was there , also it’s very near to train tracks so expect to hear a train with horn like every hour or two , that’s said The price was decent and the rooms were mildly cleaned"
