"The property was clean kept. Smelled nice inside. Floors seemed clean. Machines seemed clean. We had a King Room in the Spa tower. The room overall was clean. The only thing I noticed was there was alot of dust on the side tables, the lamp and the alarm clock. The desk wasnt cleaned well either. There was a mark from a cup and some smudges from other stuff that looked food related. Ive paid more for much worse so overall I was happy with our stay. Hopefully they just pay more attention to the smaller details of cleaning next time."

"Need to start doing updating. Our room 315 has a mirror with brown marks all over it. I can't believe it's not acceptable to have an elevator, there is not ramp to the 2nd or third floor. What happens if first floors are not available. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Donuts, toast, cereal, coffee. Bad representation of a Windom Hotel. I prepaid for my room so my credit card already went through but they charged me an $80.00 security charge because I used a credit card when my credit card was already validated. Good thing you were not that expensive. 1 ice machine in the corner of the lobby, really. Good thing I was only staying 1 night and really didn't need anything. Would never stay 2 days."

"Hot tub and pool were great! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a few choices. Could’ve been better. Overall, not a bad place to stay. "

"Unique hotel in a unique location makes this place memorable and fun. We enjoyed watching the bridge rotate closed just before the Amtrak trains past through. Walking distance from marinas and restaurants."

"The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well prepared for guests. Everything felt organized and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Lacation is very good, just 5 minutes driving from New Buffalo. We would definitely stay here again."
