"The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "

"Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6"

"Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service. If you are looking...

"Klockrent boende nära parken, lite konstigt och diffust att ta betalt för att använda poolen vid huset, när en först sätter på den. Förstår att man får betala för de stora poolen osv, men inte den som hör till huset. För övrigt väldigt fräscht och fint."
