Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it."

"Hotel was lovely and right off the main square in the old town. The roof terrace had good views and is nice particularly on a sunny day. The rooms were comfortable and clean enough but a little dusty on the main table area. Bedside cabinets etc had all been dusted down."

However, the check in process leaves a lot to be desired. There are no staff. There’s a very complicated online check process And it’s a real hassle to get the code for the front door and for your room. "Clean room, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfy bed. Also well located for the Akropolis shopping centre and the main shopping street. Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over."
