The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."

Just a shame people decided to smoke on the balcony first thing in the morning in the next room ruining the gorgeous fresh air . Not the hotel’s fault ….views were amazing from the room. "Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us."
