"Fantastic hotel, with perfect access to the slopes. Only criticism is that the no phone rule is not enforced in the spa, spoiling the environment. "

"Great location being walking distance to historical sites. Discount provided for parking was appreciated. Our room was not the same as photos posted. room was old and tired looking, and much smaller than what it looks like in the photos they provided."

"Room was very modern and cool. We had a beautiful partial Mountain View. It was very small however, so be aware of that. There was a sauna and a steam room, which was great. Also a free club room with snacks and drinks. Parking lot was very close. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again…but maybe upgrade to a bigger room. Loved it!"

"The Daria-I Nor hotel was unexpectedly closed during our stay in Alpe d’Huez. This meant there was no access to the facilities advertised at the time of my original booking. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and evening meals. The Spa, Bar and Ski shop were closed, and access to the Alpe Express was only available via a 100m muddy path rather than through the hotel. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was adequate. If I had known the hotel was closed I would have booked more...

"Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage. "
