"I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. "Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi...
