"We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise. Peacefully tucked away yet only a short walk to the beach, the main hotel and restaurant made it a perfect location. The bar right on the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this place! "

"Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. Regardless, we will be coming back. "

"Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. "Simple. The room was simple, and the staff was very friendly. We appreciated a good air conditioner, clean rooms, hot water. All the basics that are sometimes lacking. The breakfast is included and was nice. Again, simple, but nice. (Be sure to try the juices, they were amazing) "
