"The biggest issue was safety and security as the door didn’t lock. We had to move our luggage to our son’s room when we went out for dinner. The manager came when we came back but I’m absolutely sure this was known issue. We would like a refund for one of the rooms. When we left this morning nobody was on reception to complain to. "stayed here twice when coming into france and the leaving to help break our journey up. Hotel is lovely and spotless. Staff are friendly, welcoming and speak good english . Everything looks new and upto date within the hotel and for the price is excellent. We got a nice peaceful sleep both occasions and opted to have the brekfast which had plenty to choose from and was all fresh . "
