"I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room - I travel with insulin which should be refrigerated but had to be left out for 6 days. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful, shower was great! Breakfast was good - would have liked some warm foods like oatmeal but was good. The location was perfect! In the center of everything and in walking distance to most places! Thank you Ruby Claire and staff, it was a great stay ! Would recommend."

"This hotel is clean, the staff are professional, the rooms are large with high ceilings and modern amenities. There are restaurants close by and a Coop grocery that sells fresh, warm food that are reasonably priced, next to it. That is If you want to save money from dining out. There is a souvenir shop beside it that sells items that are similarly priced, some lower than the Duty free shops in the airport. It is , also, strategically located about 15 minutes to the airport by car, has a free...

"Excellent & convenient location (across from Geneva train station)! They include local transportation card for you to get around)! Amazing efficient staff (shout out to Helio who make check in super efficient with helpful tips on where to go) & the other staff too! Love that we could check in early when we arrived! That’s efficiency! Love the room, Air Con, end of May was already hot!! Last hotel did not have AC we were miserable! LOVE that restaurants are right next to hotel for late night...

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."
