"We normally stay at the Bradley Airport Sheraton and do the park and fly. However, their rates were absolutely ridiculous this year. We opted for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites a short hop away. The facility was exceptional - immaculate - quiet and convenient to the airport 3-4 minutes away via an included shuttle service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will NEVER opt for the Sheraton again. The Holiday Inn's rooms, amenities and staff have them beat by a long shot."

"The staff is excellent here. The suite we reserved was an exceptional value, and it was very well maintained and one of the best conditions of any hotels we've stayed at - and we've stayed at some really nice ones! Pros: wonderful staff, value, cleanliness, condition, spatious suite, pet friendly, game room for the kids. "Lovely stay at the hotel. Restaurant was good and bar had nice selection. Drawback was they said they have room service but wanted to charge me much more to bring the same plastic containers to my room that I walked down to the lobby to get. So I would not call that room service. "
