โรงแรมและที่พักในฮาร์ตฟอร์ด เคาน์ตี้

"PAY FOR PARKING even though it says parking included. Rooms were dirty with some water damage to ceilings and some dark stains. There were gnats or fruit flies in the rooms. You could hear the flushing from other rooms and the railroad is right next to the hotel so you can hear it pretty clearly. Sheets are thin. Breakfast was okay, no waffles even though there was a sign saying there would be. Gym is two treadmills and six dumbells. Staff was kind and helpful but don't be fooled by photos"

"Very good and clean with good facilities.Staff okay but not the best in terms of approach to customer service. Had a delux with separate kitchen and living room which was really nice but only had decaf coffee for the machine."

"The reasons for my rating are as follows: the bedsheets appeared to belong to the previous century; they were worn, stained in areas; the dust ruffle was badly pilled; there were ladybugs in the room as well, in the bathroom and on the carpet by the window. I went downstairs to the lobby, explained matters and was granted a room change by Stuart, who was apologetic, understanding and checked it first before giving me the key."

"Its was very good"

"Excelente"

"The place was clean enough but I have two big complaints. It is very close to an airport and our room had no soundproofing at all, the sliding door did not seal well, so every time an airplane was overhead I felt like I was in a war zone, it was so loud, and it continued to early hours of the morning. Also, free breakfast was advertised, but there was only "grab and go", which was only offered when I asked about it. I got a bag with a muffin, granola bar, apple, and small water...

"Clean and good food"

"Checked into the hotel. Once I got to the room and saw how dirty and run down it was i opted to check out and find another hotel."

"I asked for two bed in the room, they gave me one bed and one couch, the bathtub wouldn’t hold the water in the tub. So we had to call the front desk for maintenance to fix the tub. Then who"

"Bathroom was gross. Stank like a smokers apartment after thirty years"
